Expert Line Professional’s single-component, low-pressure polyurethane adhesive Thermofix is designed for bonding various types of insulation boards to internal walls, external walls and ceilings. The innovative formulation allows polyisocyanurate (PIR), polyisocyanurate (PIR) with aluminium foil, polyurethane (PUR) and mineral wool (MW, TR80) panels to be bonded to surfaces such as concrete, wood, felt, bituminous waterproofing, galvanised sheet metal, OSB and mineral plaster. The product is suitable for foaming with a foam gun and is cured with moisture in the air. Thermofix is an adhesive with reduced bonding times, saving time when carrying out construction work. The product has limited adhesion to materials such as silicone, Teflon, polyethylene and polypropylene.
