One-component, low expansion polyurethane gun foam Expert Line Professional Fast 70 is an innovative product, responding to market demand, designed for professional installation, sealing and soundproofing. The product is characterized by shortened curing time, therefore the processing (cutting) is possible already after 10 minutes (the so-called wet application), which significantly speeds up fitting windows and doors.
The product has very good adhesion to most materials used in the construction industry, such as polystyrene foam, PVC-U profiles, wood and wood-based materials, mineral surfaces (brick, concrete, gypsum), metal.
The foam does not adhere to materials such as silicone, Teflon, polyethylene and polypropylene.
thermal insulation of water, sewage and central heating systems;
sealing and installation of window sills;
thermal insulation of flat roofs and ceilings;
filling gaps (up to 2 cm wide) in thermal insulation when insulating buildings.
Polyurethane foam has an increased yield up to 70l.
The product is characterized by shortened curing time, therefore the processing (cutting) is possible already after 10 minutes and full hardening time obtains after 1,5-2 h.
Low pressure formula.
Cures by moisture in the air.
Shows excellent thermal insulation and sound-proof parameters.
Resistant to mould and fungi.
